BEIJING, Nov 18 (Reuters) - China reported on Thursday a 3rd COVID-19 case among overseas athletes at preparatory pursuits ahead of the Beijing 2022 wintry weather Olympics, which can be being organised with stringent measures in region to manage any outbreaks.
