GENESEE COUNTY, MI -- The county health department could have COVID-19 vaccines available for toddlers a while 5-11 beginning next week at three standing clinics and three school websites.
starting Tuesday, Nov. 9, the health department can have vaccines obtainable at Our lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 2316 Coldwater highway, from noon to 2 p.m. on Tuesdays; relevant Church of the Nazarene, 1261 W. Bristol road, from 10 a.m. until midday on Wednesdays; and at Shiloh Missionary Baptist, 2120 Saginaw St., from 3-6 p.m. on Thursdays.
additionally on Tuesday, vaccines are available from 3:30-7 p.m. at Grand Blanc excessive faculty, 12500 Holly road in Grand Blanc.
On Wednesday, Nov. 10, a health center is scheduled at Flushing high faculty, 5039 Deland street, from 5-8 p.m., and on Thursday, Nov. eleven E.A. Johnson high faculty, 8041 Neff highway, in Mt. Morris will host a hospital from three:30-7 p.m.
folks or guardians need to be at the health facility for babies to get hold of a vaccine, based on the county's website.

despite the supply of the vaccinations, clinical fitness Officer Dr. Pamela Hackert advised the county Board of health ultimate month that the mandatory school masks mandate will continue and is working, resulting in fewer new COVID-19 situations per capita than counties with out the requirement.
"we're simply maintaining the masks in the faculties at this time and for the foreseeable future," Hackert said at the Oct. 20 assembly. "In districts that wouldn't have mandates for overlaying in faculties, (COVID-19) case numbers are vastly larger."
