Maine saw COVID-19 hospitalizations climb to a record high again on Tuesday.
There at the moment are 298 Mainers hospitalized with COVID-19 throughout the state, according to Nirav Shah, the director of the Maine core for disorder manage and Prevention. That's up from 296 on Monday.
Of those, a record ninety six are in critical care. a further forty Mainers are on ventilators, falling simply shy of the high mark of forty one set on Nov. 1.

"What's the path forward? Vaccines are key. This holiday week, get your household vaccinated," Shah referred to.
