WASHINGTON — Former White condo alternate adviser Peter Navarro has refused to comply with a subpoena for documents issued by using the congressional panel investigating the Trump administration's pandemic response, Navarro stated in a letter released through the panel.
In his refusal, Navarro noted a "direct order" from former President Donald Trump to claim govt privilege.
