Boyd died Aug. 25 from COVID-19 problems. he is the first in the branch to die from the coronavirus.

Boyd joined Austin police in 2014 and leaves behind a spouse and twin sons.
Visitation can be held on Friday from 9 a.m. to eleven a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Killeen, 3310 South W.S. young force, Killeen, TX 76542.
The funeral provider will delivery at eleven a.m. on the church. Attendees are being encouraged to wear masks right through the service.
The features in Killeen are open to the general public however the burial should be deepest, police referred to.
